After working for multiple brokerages across the city and training as an ISA (inside sales agent), I knew exactly what it took to capture and qualify leads, and I saw firsthand how broken the system was. So in March 2025, I left the field and started building Ring Leader. This isn't some tech bro's idea of what real estate needs. It's built from the trenches, trained on the same lead qualification strategies I used at the highest levels. Honestly, I was tired of watching agents work their tails off just to chase dead leads.

When I'm strolling through the city, I love noticing people speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, Swedish, Mandarin, and all the different cultures that make up our beautiful, chaotic, resilient, delicious city. That diversity shapes everything here (especially our food scene). Not everyone gets Houston, but those who get it, get it. And that's the energy I bring to Ring Leader: local roots, big vision, a little bit of sass, resilience and a genuine commitment to assisting real estate agents to never miss a lead, never miss a client.
